HQing when hq rate shows < 30%

I'm either on the longest bad streak crafting binge ever or SE has "botched" the hq % display. Out of over 100 synths with displayed hq rate 7-30(usually on the higher end), and double-downs half of that, I've botched all of them. Has anyone hq'd anything with less than 30% hq percent in the last couple of days?

I calculated the % chance of nq'ing 100 synths with an average hq% of 20% + double downs at 10%. I got .0000000000004%

and yes, all the time. any % = a change to HQ

I've actually HQ'd a synth @ 2% before. On the other hand I've blown up multiple synths @ 96% success rate, and I can't even being to tell you how many fails @ 85%+. Hang in there.

The rng in this game has always been wonky lol..not just for crafting but for everything.
