Cant download game again, Please help

I just finished downloading Windows 7 onto my computer and cant download ffxiv back onto it. I managed to find my old emails that contained my digital download codes and everything and it tells me to go to steam to download the product. When i do and i enter all of the codes given correctly it tells me they are invalid. So I then use the findmyorder.com and enter the code and pw and it brings me to my download. At this point i thought score! figured it out!... Wrong... It then tells me that this download has expired and it wont work. (i got the game back in january).

Ive searched all over my account page and cant find anything other then registering codes. and when i do that it tells me ive already done it. Any help people can give me to get the game back onto my computer? Thanks in advance

there other ways of getting the game should email the company you got your copy from that or find a copy you can download online i'm sure you can find it but i would try and email the company.

I purchased it directly from squares site. I cant believe they wont let me download the client after purchase using my own codes...

Shoudl have it in you r SE account management if you download from SE direct. You don't need to renter codes, just log in, sicne activation codes are linked to your account.

1. Steam doesn't even have this game in their listings.
2. You would give your code and information to a website that's not even Square Enix?

Contact Square Enix support for these things. E-mail or call them HERE.

I'm shocked there isn't a place to download the game client... I bought FFXIV off of Amazon and they have a place where I can go to download it again.

Yeah this is ridiculous >< What I did OP...I took my DVD's of the collector edition and made my own ISO's so I can just install it from my PC fast whenever I reformat my PC. Saves me time of digging out the discs and installs faster etc. I think there is iso's out there you can download of ffxiv.

I copied my installation files I got from amazon when buying it digitally to an external hard drive.

I do this with everything that I buy digitally.... just in case.
