    Error 2002 Constant Disconnections

    Around early this year (I cannot remember), I've been experiencing a ton of disconnection issues. Even when I have perfect internet connection I would lose connection from the server and get kicked to the main menu. I would be hanging out with my friends or in a Duty when all of a sudden, I get kicked from the server. Even during Endwalker's Early Access release I would be minding my own business and next thing I know, I'm back at the main menu.

    I think that the player cap on the servers (I'm on Omega) being exceeded may be the cause of my disconnection problems but most of the time it's only me that has this problem. Even on a perfect day, I just get kicked off. It's even worse when I'm doing a Trust Duty, I get to the final boss and come close to killing it when all of a sudden, poof! I'm kicked. It's so annoying

    i am getting a bunch of the 2002 errors even today. I even get them waiting in the queue. keep getting dropped from the server after i login as well and then get stuck back in the queue.

    I think the current state of the game is unacceptable.
    The queue is very long and you are constantly being disconnected, In practice, the game is unplayable.
    I understand the high number of accesses due to the release of the new expansion, but this is not the service that should be provided with a monthly fee.
    In view of the release of Endwalker, the capacity of the servers also had to be revised, or some other solution had to be implemented.
    The current state of Final Fantasy XIV is shameful.

    In some aspects i'm inclined to agree. i love playing this game but after the explosive sales back in the Spring this year, i've been subjected to the DCing since. after EW fully released it seemed to have stopped but then it happened again, i even did a clean boot of the laptop, performed maintenance, verified files and even restarted the game, yet nothing seemed to work. i hope SE would fix this issue. also it's not an ISP issue, i've changed ISP's because the price of the previous one we used were becoming extortionate. so it has to be the server congestion cuz i never had this issue prior to Spring this year.

    Glad SE is focused on an issue that happens every expansion, and not the DX11 issues that have been going on for 5 plus years now.

    Yea. This whole fiasco started back in Spring of this year when the game's sales skyrocketed and since then I've been plagued with these issues. never had them before until the aforementioned sales increase. ands this was long before EW went early access/full release. I just wanna play the game, watch cutscenes, hang out with friends, do Duties and do instances for job quests without getting kicked out. I know this'll take a while to sort out but I have high hopes that SE will fix this
