Gathering Job Ability "Sneak" does not work on FATE mobs

Observed while gathering Ar-Caean Cotton, Mobs from the FATE (No) Wind beneath our Wings would aggro and disable sneak and attack you.

I was harvesting in Thavnair, in the beginning part of the zone.... The A-rank within Aggro range of a mining node.. Here I am trying to mine, and boop, dead not even half a second later.

Steps:
1. Sneak as a level 86 or 87 gathering class which should let you avoid enemies 4 levels above you
2. However, the fate mobs will see the player and break Sneak

The normal level 89 mobs around the area do not break sneak. I have not tested with other fates.

This same thing happened to me when I was harvesting with an A-rank that was 7 levels above me (lvl 90). I believe sneak only works for mobs that are below 5 levels higher than your current job. I don't know if this happened to the other players, but it would be helpful as well to post the lvl of your character and the lvl of the mob that aggro'ed you so that expected behavior can be ruled out.

Noticed this on the level 86 mobs "Despairing Dragonfly" in Ultima Thule.
Was rather confused why my sneak kept breaking when I am Gathering 90, and the enemy is level 86 in the first place.

Issue:
- FATE mobs in Ultima Thule break the Sneak function even though they are lower level or less than 4 levels above our gatherers.
- Tested this on 4 FATEs in the map, and all the FATE mobs would aggro us with Sneak on.
- Normal mobs in the area don't break sneak, only FATE mobs.

2. Can walk to level 90 S class hunt mobs and not be attacked.
3. Sneak is 100% active but being knocked off as soon as attacked by FATE mobs.
