    Same issue here, not a Steam player though - I purchased the code through the link within my mogstation, as I'm a player with a US credit card but a European service account (cause that's where I lived when 1.0 came out) I wanted to make sure I get the right one.

    They can't transfer my account to the US and it's an issue every time, and now I get this error, which seemingly has to do with using a US IP. Tried VPN, tried everything, the code I already paid for is simply being rejected, even though the pre-order code worked just fine. Why do we need two keys again, Square Enix?

    No response from support so far... If need be, I heard the Square Enix Store is very fast with refunds if you mention that error code.

    Before doing anything try doing it through the mog Station, instead of the the game. I could not get it to work thorugh the game itself. But it worked on the website when I loged in and clicked on enter expenstion registration code.

    Ok so ive been on early access, have 3 jobs at 90 already to get my mentor status back and all. I got the Registration code email like the rest of us but when i click on "Unlock you registration code" It only gives me the early access code. I tried looking for it on the store but cant cause i purchased it as a guest sadly. Is there anything im missing?

    My character logged out in an Endwalker area, and now I cannot even log in anymore because the game doesn't think I own Endwalker. I know I am supposed to enter another code, but every avenue I use to enter it tells me the code is invalid.

    I can't use mog station to enter it, I can't use steam to enter it, I can't find any way to contact anyone to ask for help, I don't know what to do.
