    endwalker registration code issues.

    Hi i ve tried to register my endwalker code today 3 times but after i click next it logs me out then requests my login again which to me seems suspicious.
    anyone else having more endwalker fun than this ,pls advise thx

    keep getting error code i2501 , everythings paid already!!
    turned off my vpn then instead of the eror code it asks me to login again..

    Same here. I've never done anything suspicious with my account at any point not even a VPN but I still got marked for i2501. I am starting to think theres some server issues but I can't be too sure. Hope we can get this resolved soon.

    I already marked by this error when I was about to buy Fantasia and mount during early access, and it still persists until today.

    No notable solutions from the support team too.

    just wondering if you have active monthly subs running , i dont but thought it may cause this problemdue to the error.

    I had mine ask me to log into STEAM when I put in my code, which I thought odd since STEAM is always running in the tray..
    I logged in anyway and was able to register.

    Same issue here, not a Steam player though - I purchased the code through the link within my mogstation, as I'm a player with a US credit card but a European service account (cause that's where I lived when 1.0 came out) I wanted to make sure I get the right one.

    They can't transfer my account to the US and it's an issue every time, and now I get this error, which seemingly has to do with using a US IP. Tried VPN, tried everything, the code I already paid for is simply being rejected, even though the pre-order code worked just fine. Why do we need two keys again, Square Enix?

    No response from support so far... If need be, I heard the Square Enix Store is very fast with refunds if you mention that error code.
