Low FPS

For several weeks now I have been experiencing 1 FPS while attempting to play FFXIV on PC. I have been in contact with customer service and have tried a variety of fixes with them including updating my OS, doing clean installs on my graphics card drivers, eliminating a majority of background running applications, reinstalling the game on different drives (C and D), reducing graphics settings to the lowest possible, checking DX, making sure the game is set to run with DX11, connecting to the internet via hard wire versus wireless. I continue to have issues with the game running at 1 FPS whether I'm in a crowded city zone or out in areas with no other players present. Other games I have, both online and offline games, are all running fine with no significant FPS issues.

I feel I have exhausted all my options at this point, and wanted to reach out on the tech support forums in case anyone else had suggestions. I've also included my system information:

Hey. Unistall Citrix (and then reboot) or install an older version of it. This should fix this issue.

I don't know how you pegged Citrix as the problem but I could kiss you, I've been trying to fix this same problem for days and nothing has worked. I'm so happy to be able to play again ;-;
