When I went to type in the chat I usually use the caps lock button instead of the Shift key but when I looked back at the message all the letters were still in lower case. I typed it again and realized the caps lock light wasn’t turning on, I tried pressing the Caps Lock again when I exited the game screen and it worked perfectly fine. I went back into the game and no matter how many times I pressed it by itself it wouldn’t work. I play on ps4 with an external keyboard and mouse and I’ve looked around on Google and came across a Reddit page with other ps4/ps5 owners running into the same bug with the release of Endwalker. It’s not a huge issue because the way around it is to use the Shift + Caps Lock together for it to work Or constantly hold the Shift key but it’s definitely a minor annoyance for people that aren’t used to that.
