    Forced Name Change - Now I can't log in

    I was pulled away by a GM in game, them informing me I was going to be forced to rename my character. Whatever not a big deal.. But since they've flagged my character to be renamed, I haven't been able to actually rename my character.

    I've read in a few places they've disabled several services due to high server traffic, am I effectively temp banned because they disabled name change services and force me to change my character name..?

    They disabled the the mogstation and the Optional Store for one hour. If you still can't change your name and login I would contact customer support.
