Just wanted to confirm that I had this issue and had the exact same fix...... couldn't believe it. DX11 wouldn't launch but DX9 would, swapped my arctis source to the game one, and it works now. bizarre.FYI I had the errors (ntdll.dll, dx11xyz.dll, etc.) right away on launch... couldn't even get to character selection. Switched audio sources and bam I go straight in no errors. Did it twice to confirm.
The audio source that crashes is labeled "Headset Earphone (Arctis 7 Chat)". If I switch to just my monitor audio, no problems. Obviously this is a SteelSeries Arctis 7 headset, and interestingly there's also a different "Headphones (Arctis 7 Game)" choice they make available. This one DOES NOT crash the game.
So, if you're having this issue (especially if it's right after launch like mine) try changing around your audio source.
