Disconnect on attempt to enter Queue - 2002 Error

2002 in the handful of attempts I have made to get in line tonight over the last few hours, can't get in queue to even wait my turn. Same story previous few nights. This is on a direct ethernet connection from a very stable Fiber DSL.

I am confused how in a game with hundreds of thousands of active players the log in server caps at only 17,000 people?

SE you have to be able to do something to allow people to at least get in queue and have it stable so they can eventually play.

I am not angry, please fix the waiting line at least.

I believe this is a hardware limitation.Basically, the queue can only process 17000 requests at a time. They mentioned earlier this year they have been trying to increase server capacity, however they were unable to obtain new servers due to the superconductor shortage despite offering above market rate for servers. Additionally, their growth rate was much higher than expected. I agree that things could be better, but I trust that the team is doing all they can to resolve the issue.

which brings it back to some people using 3rd party programs to stay logged in. GRRRRRRRRRR lol

Thank you Darneltia for the reply, I am glad to hear they are working on it.

Please note in that reply they indicate the 2002 errors may be Wi-Fi issues of the users. As I noted above, I am on a direct ethernet DSL fiber connection. I believe the 2002 errors are on SEs side as many posts here support. I hope SE is doing more to fix this so when we can get in queue we won’t keep losing our spot in line.
