Is there any noticeable change on our end of the experience? So far I didn't experience anything different and so far I don't hear anything different happening either. That they have done something or not, we cannot know. They said they have done something, that we can be sure, but beyond this, we can't know. And we can be mostly sure the experience on our end didn't change at all.

I can read alright, but words can be far from reality, especially from a salesman or a public representative.

It says in the Lodestone post they are going to be doing maintenance on December 8th. So no, of course you haven't experienced anything different yet, since they haven't done the maintenance yet...
