Maybe we can unsubscribe and ask for refund for EW so we stop playing for you to play a game we cannot then?

Zero of these issues so far on Zalera.
The joys of a lower pop server.
Another defender of the crown. Brah the game doesnt suppose to have a 5-7hr login que PERIOD. Of course the game works but not for all of us. Some of us have jobs where we work 6/7 days and cant even play on our day off cause we have to sit in que. This not the intended way to play the game. They need to cut off Trial players, they need to stop selling keys/accounts til this is resolved. Or show me where does it say on the game info that you will be waiting in que from 4-7hrs daily to play this game... PLZ SHOW US
You probably never moved out of your parents house and never had a gf/bf or kids. You are probably 55 and still haven't worked a day in your life and your room is full of stalagmites. Keep on trolling cause that is the only thing you are good at.
Que sucks...it sucked in 2.0, 3.0, 4.0 and 5.0 and it'll suck 7.0
We deal with it, or we move on.
Not true. I have run into issues repeatedly on Zalera.
Yes early morning you can get in real fast. Not so much later in the day. Tonight I cant even get to the point where I can choose a Data center without 2002 out of the game.

Pretty much. I've had to sleep during the late afternoon every day since launch, just so I can make sure I can log on during the middle of the night/early morning. From there, I have to stay logged in for the rest of the night and day, until I decide to go to sleep again. The one time I let myself get afk kicked during the early afternoon the other day, I couldn't get back in to actually play the game, and I effectively lost 6+ hours that I could have been playing. Too bad for the people who can't maintain a schedule like mine, I doubt they are even able to really play.If you are trying to log into the game any time during Prime Time hours, then you might as well give up unless you can stay up all night to play. For people who work 9-to-5 jobs, that isn’t feasible.
I don’t normally mind queuing. Did it for 2 expansions so far. But the issues arise with the constant 2002 errors that you practically need to babysit the game for. It’s not as if you can get up and do other stuff around the house with the current situation. You need to relaunch as soon as possible to hopefully not be further back in the line than you were previously. And that’s a problem.

So yesterday was the first day I managed to play. Logged in lunchtime and had a queue of 200 or something, then after 5 was 5000 and took two hours to get on.
I tried on the weekend and it was a joke - 6000+ queue and then many 2002 errors and no matter how fast I logged back in, my queue position was reset so I just gave up and played wow.
This situation is far more annoying for people who have to plan their play time so sitting in a queue and having to babysit it so you don’t lose position (when you could be doing something else) is bad and a waste of time.
I also think the semi-conductor thing is a bit of a weak excuse - we have things called cloud providers these days who can scale load meaning you could reduce queue times and errors and make things more stable. Hell, not every part of it could be on cloud, but at least the login servers.
Imo this launch is a lot worse than shadowbringers and stormblood - at least you could log in and if there were bugs with the msq you could do other stuff until they were fixed.
And for those who say “it works for me, no queues, finished the msq already” - congrats, your experience isn’t everyone’s experience and the majority so far seem to be having queue problems. It doesn’t make this issue suddenly not exist.
hey kanzer if you get Error 3001 like me, you can try visit another world server and then try logging in again. keep trying until get into Queue, once you get into it you will have guaranteed login. Even during peak hours!Again, not all of them. Doesn't explain 3001, or why the queue server randomly decides to drop a huge dump occasionally.
And again, their explanations simply don't hold water. These errors are run into even outside of the scenarios they say you will run into them. It's excuses, nothing more. And it's inexcusable.
I've got Error 3001 ever since launch day till yesterday (i can't login now cause overtime) and still managed to login even during peak hours.
If you get another error other than 3001, well I don't know about that

It's clearly not good but what reason SE have to improve it? When was the last time they go under 500k players? Thing is even as things are where people will leave to? Wow ? New world? FF14 for a long time sit safe as it's the best mmo out there. Not to hard but have it's harder things.liok ok. It got no P2W and there a pretence of nice community. SE will care to upgrade this game infrastructure and graphic onlly when a real competition come to town, nothing in the next 3 years at least.Once again, I get down to number 1 in the queue, sit there for 10 minutes, then get 4004ed. Immediately log back in and am 7,368 in queue.
This is far beyond simple congestion. It's broken, and doesn't work at all. And the worst part is the absolute silence on this. At least acknowledge that your queue servers don't work for crap.
It just boggles my mind that after all these years we still have these 'mysterious' errors with no explanation and a queue system that is just flat out wonky and doesn't work at all.
