It is literally 'white kniting' when the response is defending the company with nothing constructive other than "fine don't play." You can enjoy a game or a company but criticize their poor operations; if anything, that's your job as a consumer to hold the company accountable. If you want a company to fart in your general direction and appreciate you smelling it while asking for another then Activision-Blizzard exists.
