Endwalker Collectors Edition - Figurine knee and leg broken off - poor quality

Hello,

sadly I got a big disappointment as soon as I opened the figurine box. Because his knee and leg are broken off. Beside that the figurine makes a rly poor quality. His face looks weird aswell. And his other leg scares me, because I believe in future it brokes aswell.

Did anyone received his /her CE already?

I've received it recently and unfortunately mine has the sword broken, the rest is good but when i opened it the body was freely exposed to any hard movement.

Now let's see how Square will respond about this...

Hmm.. still waiting to get mine. Will have to check when it gets here. The DRK statue from ShB had no issues.

Mine too was broken. I believe that you can attach the actual body back to the base (slide the back leg in while also lining up the front leg), but like Patriot my sword is completely sheered off. I'm shocked because it was packaged extremely well, even the box is completely unblemished! But the figure seems to have been packed poorly inside the plastic where if it came unattached it would just hammer away at any loose bits.

Enix and figures man, they just have really bad luck with them staying in one piece.

I need a glue to attach his knee with his leg. It is literly broken.

Aye I spoke to soon, static lead got his edition in and the figure was whole and in one piece. Seems mine was much more broken than I thought, hopefully when (gods 'if') they respond to my ticket I can say it was more broke than I realized.

Mine was broken as well and submitted a support ticket. Maybe they will figure out who made these statues and get them fixed.

So it seems you got the broken one with the right leg. Mine has his left leg broken. But his right leg feels like going to get broken aswell like yours did...

I really hope Square Enix have a solution for this issue.

So it's not just the login queues, the disconnects, and digital things... the physical launch is broken too! At least they're being consistent!
