I believe my position is logical. I understand this is unavoidable (given semiconductor shortages) and there was little to mitigate them. What I ask is simply:

1) They acknowledge 2002 errors are a problem on their side and that they are all-hands-on-deck attempting to mitigate and solve the problem. Also extending the queue 'grace period' to account for situations where you cannot get reconnected to the data center would be appropriate.
2) I would like the compensation to actually 'make me whole' in some way by providing an in-game benefit. This could be in the form of bonus experience, or some other intangible that doesn't affect the end state of the game after the issue is resolved. Simply giving me extra sub time, which I already can't use, does nothing to compensate me whatsoever. Plus, realistically, 7 days of time on the worst possible option equates to like.. $3.50. It's not really adequate even if one considers it from a monetary perspective.

That's all really.
