Endwalker Full Game Code Clarification

Hello! Because I'm dumb I deleted all mails regarding the charge and early access of Endwalker. I registered the preorder and was able to play from Dec 3rd. I already payed for EW. But what to do if I'm not getting a E-Mail with the final code? I'm sure that I buyed from the SE online Store but there's only my Shb CE and nothing else? Didn't remember that SE wants me to type 2 codes and thought all is done.

I'm dumb, I'm in panic :-(

Go to the square enix eu store, login to your account and check Orders -> FFXIV collector edition > unlock key > second key is your code.

Thanks for your response. I can't remember if I purchased as guest or via account. But what's for sure is that nothing from endwalker is in my SE shop account.

What platform do you play on? If it is on PS4/5 you get a registration confirmation when you start up the game, then it is applied to your account automatically. If it is PC or Steam, you will have to wait for SE to send those codes out. They take awhile to arrive in your email but they usually get there eventually. At the moment, I would expect it to take longer than what is considered normal.

Steam codes are there already, from the moment of purchase.

How would you purchase as a guest? If you used early access you should have the code for full access

Got email at 2:30am pst this morning that my code was available

Saw a FB post today from FFXIV that said we could register our full game code today. Pre-ordered the digital collectors edition and the only code I have is the early-access/pre-order bonus. Don't see a separate code for the full game. I did get an e-mail from SE awhile back saying the code would appear starting December 7th. Anyone else in a similar situation?

Why they have two different codes is beyond idiotic.

A long time ago had issues with people pre-ordering to get the code and then cancelling their pre-order, so they got a code but didn't pay.
