    What platform do you play on? If it is on PS4/5 you get a registration confirmation when you start up the game, then it is applied to your account automatically. If it is PC or Steam, you will have to wait for SE to send those codes out. They take awhile to arrive in your email but they usually get there eventually. At the moment, I would expect it to take longer than what is considered normal.

    As a minor clarification for those using Steam; You don't need to wait for them to send you a code, you actually got the CD keys for both pre-order stuff and the full expansion back when you bought Endwalker, the expansion key just wasn't valid till today.

    You can access all your CD keys by right clicking FFXIV in your steam library > Manage > CD keys. From there you can just copy it into the Mogstation.

    I'm also on Ps4 Pro, did you get an email or something to get the Collector's Edition bonuses?

    It's already the 7th and still nothing for the Arion mount and other stuff.

    Ps: And yes, on Playstation, it is automatic, just by starting the game the 6th, the automatic validation screen is proposed.

    Steam codes are there already, from the moment of purchase.
