    I've just received mine and registered it. I bought my copy from the SE EU store, I checked 20 mins ago it was not there, just checked again and it was there. Hopefully you all get your too

    I didn't get an email but when I checked the SE Store my code was there - quick and easy to add it into Mogstation with the new layout. I guess the codes will be getting sent out in batches throughout the next day or so.
