The queue is really really bad

I want to be civil here, and not actually complaining about the queue time, I think it's because the game is actually super good, so lots of people enjoy it.

I get it, but developers said they were delaying the release of the game because they anticipated this problem and tried to implement a solution.

But I don't see any solution here, it's stormblood release all over again. Instead of give us 7 free days to play with, why not just delay extreme primal release and raid release, if the situation is this bad now with just pre-release, once the full release is out there will be more people to enter the server.

By the time the raids are out, me or people who has a day time job will not even finish the MSQ.....

I'm also on Ragnarok and my time in queue to time in game ratio is probably like 6 hours of q for 1 hour of gameplay. Its great

Guys, really I do love the game...but this is the first time I ever posted, complaining about stuff.
I commute for work 2 hours a day and for 8 hours I work on a computer, so it is already hard to turn the computer on once at home. In these 3 days I haven't played 1 hour for the huge queues, and when I log in or the game kicks me out after 5 minutes or it crashes if I change a configuration.

Can you please AT LEAST put a time window for people who gets disconnected for any other reason than AFK? So that I don't have to redo a 7k queue??

Thank you mod for your reply, as I said in my og post I fully understand the problem and I know there is no quick solution can be done here.

But, would you like to give this my feedback to upper level of developers as follow:

I take example from airline company when they handle an overbooking on the flight situation, they will ask first if anyone of the passergers who would volunteer to give up their seat and receive a due compensation for the flight to take off. Would ffxiv team consider this, to make a register for veteran player who actually don't want to waste time in queue and give up playing for maybe 1 week, then the week after this player/account will get priority pass to log on the server.

Please consider this, I don't know if it's do-able but please pass this my feedback to people in charge.

100% agree with this. Those of us with limited time will barely get through MSQ by the time trials and raids release for the hardcore. While I want to do that stuff, I also don't want to rush through the game. I enjoy experiencing the story but I don't like being so far behind everyone that it gets spoiled before i can manage to get the time to complete it.
