Queue QoL improvements

Hi, I want to suggest just a few tweaks to the game client that hopefully some of you agree will be beneficial:

• Add a different sound effect to errors during the queue so people can minimize and get alerted if there is an error and can rejoin the queue fast enough to not lose the queue spot.
  
• Increase the grace period to reconnect to the queue, sometimes is not enough and login into the game is not as fast as other games without password save (I know about launchers)
  
• Increase the number of queue heartbeat packages (sent every 10 seconds) lost required to drop the socket connection, so if players have a blip don't drop players that easy.
  
• When a client crashes and we try to login again, it says the character is still logued in, allow people to skip queue after a crash.

Upvoted for constructive suggestions. These are all valid ideas for the networking and development team to investigate, and hopefully they'll have something to improve it soon.
