Yeah I did all that, logging in later and trying again worked. It was weird.

I read the forum cus I was with the same problem, I log out and log in, and after that I did something different. Instead of typing, I copy and pasted it, also, I said the phrase after interacting with the npc and saying how it was made like: /say carrots of happiness without anything more or less and I could complete just fine then.
