Refunds or free playtime?

I'm disappointed in Enix not being on the ball with the lack of servers and horrendous wait times it's created; so are Enix going to refund players who ask or start handing out free game play as compensation for this clusterfuk?

No they have us locked to subscriptions. There is no reason to have large queues - They simply needed to stop player creations on servers 3 months ago - but greed for money/new sales was there!!!

I logged in today at 9:30am server time and had a queue of 50. No problems at all.

I was kicked out, too on friday, saturday and sunday - joined back in and i still had my queue Spot every Single time. Just keep an eye on your queue and log back in if there is an error.

I was... It work when the queue is not to bad like in the morning I was able to get my queue back in the afternoon/evening forget about it you are lucky even to reach the character selection.

I know for a fact that is a lie. I logged in around the same time and was hit with a queue of over 3800.

Maybe not in the same time zone to at 7am est it was easy to log in.

I logged in with a queue of around 38. its larger now I hear, but I have been on all day.

so I doubt you know that they are lying "for a fact". my experience was the same. different worlds different experiences.
