I am absolutely fine with waiting in a queue. It's to be expected.

But waiting 165 minutes to get to position 1 and then getting disconnected has pissed me right off.

4.4k took the 165 mins. and now I'm 6.1k. I have one evening a week I can play and now i have to wait another 7 days to enjoy the game.
