    Cant Download the game

    I cant download the game. As soon as I start the downloaded file it says FFXIV Boot Error: Unable to download patch files. [11003][20403]. This is on a new machine and new build please help!

    Almost sounds like you had your firewall/virus scan going at the same time of the download. Try deleting the downloaded files then disabling Virus Scanner/Firewall and re-download the game.

    Edit: I found some consistent information while searching around and would like to share a web page with you. It covers a lot of information so I would recommend saving it for the future.

    Error pops after 3gigs or 20gigs of "download"...

    I had this problem today. I unplugged my laptop from the router and straight into the modem. You could also accomplish this by turning off any sort of DNS caching in the router.
