Same! No matter, I have been so happy playing. The queue doesn't bother me, because once I get in, it was worth the wait !

No prob here aswell. No dc, no crash, no network issue.
Mainly queue, between 2k-6k but I go for a walk, do laundries, play something else so I'm not really bothered.
I've had a couple minor issues, mostly involving returning to Sharlayan during peak times. One other was a 90006 in one of the smaller zones. Other than that I was able to play consistently, if with fairly long loading times in some places, all weekend. Since I'm on the same DC as Tonberry, Atomos has been at max capacity the majority of the time so we've been susceptible to all of the regular problems associated with the in-game servers. Overall, it's been an incredibly smooth launch for me given the overwhelming circumstances.
Queues are queues and are a fact of life with MMOs experiencing unexpected growth, the initial launch of a highly anticipated expansion, or both. We've had queues on Atomos for a good month; they're just longer now.
Opposite for me. I queue, I get kicked out of queue, rinse and repeat. Only get to the game at 3-11am, and when I do, there's always a risk of finding a crash zone, where I get slapped with DX11 errors. Such zones include the northern bit of Thavnair and the main aetheryte in Radz-at-Han. I've reinstalled the game twice now, and tried every trick under the sun that I've heard people suggest on the forums. My main character is stuck in crash zone purgatory, while my other characters can go about normally as long as they don't enter EW zones. It's a hot mess.
The one and only bug I've encountered so far was more hilarious than gamebreaking.I play on Crystal/Zalera and Friday morning I had a queue of about 1800 and it took me 30 minutes to access the game. Saturday, Sunday and this morning I logged in with no queue and have had no issues playing.
No lag. No instance issues. The game has been buttery smooth. It seems to me the longest queues are on the EU servers where they only have two DC's as well as Aether and Primal. Maybe being on Crystal which as seen as the "joke" DC of the FFXIV playerbase is to my advantage.
I just see so many people raging on here and I am really surprised because my experience has been completely optimal with zero problems.
Was doing a trust run with Thancred as the Tank.
Mid trash pack, he just runs off to the door ro the next area, slams his face into said locked door and then ... Did nothing lol. He sat there for around 40 seconds letting all the mobs kick him in the back of the head until the trash died XD
Nah, I mean the game itself has been super smooth and stable for me too. Only weird glitch my friends and I have run into involves an NPC occasionally hovering in the air a bit lol. I've had two hard crashes, one at random and one when I was exiting the game for the night anyway.
My only real problem has been with 2002 errors. I got booted from the queue after going from >4300 down to <1800 because of a 2002 error + six more in a row that kept me from making it back in on time. I still periodically get the 2002 error when trying to log in, and average 2-3 2002 errors per queue at least. Behemoth is hitting 5-6k queues during prime time though. So a lot more time there for things to go wrong. Friday took me 3 hours to get on in the afternoon, Saturday took me 3 and a half.

Queues friday: 6000+
Saturday: 8000+
Sunday in the evening 10000+
Monday 4pm: 3000+
Will be probably 8000 in the evening again.
I've managed to login friday early afternoon after waiting for an hour
I've managed to login saturday and sunday past midnight.
Today i logged in at 10am without any problems but that's because i'm working from home...
PS: Data center EU-Light, server Shiva (Shiva and Zodiark are the ones which are NOT blocked from creating new characters, the others are...)
EU is the worst, queue is moving at snail pace. Not to mention multiple "2002" errors.
I am on Mateus/Crystal, and outside of the occasional 2002 when waiting (re-connecting right away seems to remember your place), and an hour and a half wait, I haven't had a single issue once IN the game.
I figure enter the queue, do something else and keep an eye on it.
These kinds of things have to be expected, and will pass.
Agreed to most of the above, the only problem is 2002 error. The queues are ok (even the 10k ones).
Just a bit annoying, that I have to check my position every now and then just to be sure I am not stuck.
