Am I the only one who hasn't had a single issue with EW?

I play on Crystal/Zalera and Friday morning I had a queue of about 1800 and it took me 30 minutes to access the game. Saturday, Sunday and this morning I logged in with no queue and have had no issues playing.

No lag. No instance issues. The game has been buttery smooth. It seems to me the longest queues are on the EU servers where they only have two DC's as well as Aether and Primal. Maybe being on Crystal which as seen as the "joke" DC of the FFXIV playerbase is to my advantage.

I just see so many people raging on here and I am really surprised because my experience has been completely optimal with zero problems.

I haven't had an issue either. I generally have been playing most of each day and then logging off during prime time so someone else can have my spot. I haven't crashed, I haven't lagged, and I haven't waited in a single queue.

Also, it is beyond wonderful to me that Crystal is now the "joke" one I guess? Before the WoW exodus, Crystal was the most packed data center around. Then everyone followed streamers to other data centers and maxed those out instead. I'll take it!

EU here, can confirm. Light seems to have the worst of it from what I'm told, with the potential for you having 2002 errors when accessing the data center to be far more common than on Chaos. Queues can vary from 4k to 6k to just outright 12k. People wait entire afternoons just to be able to access the game.

So really. Count your blessings that you yourself haven't suffered.

Other than the annoyance of getting 2002'd in the middle of my queue, I really haven't had any issues with the actual game. No lag, no in game DCs, no game breaking bugs and I'm 1 Trial away from completing the MSQ.

I REALLY feel for you all on the EU DC's. I hope when the Oceanic DC launches it brings some relief. <3

I haven't had an issue but I've had to get up and log in at 4 am then play allele day without logging out until about 6 pm. Now that it's the work week I start at 7 and work till 3:30 so unless I get up at 4 and squeeze in a couple hours I will not be able to play at all. It's better then most people but the whole situation is ridiculous.

I play on Chaos EU and overall I've not had too many issues other than the odd 2002 and a 5k queue yesterday. So far I've managed to get on eventually every single day. The game servers themselves have been the smoothest I've ever seen them to be honest. Which is pretty amazing considering everything.

Except waiting in queue on Friday 8h, on Saturnay 11h and on Sunday next 5h everything is fine, only 24h from subscribtion disapeared, waiting for entry and it was only 3 days.

Yeah the queues are a pain in the ass, and the 2002's meaning you have to keep an eye on it are super annoying, but once you're in everything works great.
