Update: This issue seems to... somehow... resolved itself. I am now able to start the Role Quests in New Game+. I'm not sure how it has been fixed, but here is what I did: I completed the 60-70 Summoner job quests and did the first Magical DPS role quest to completion (all done in NORMAL game mode). Now, for whatever reason, the starter NPCs for the Tank, Healer and Physical DPS role quests are appearing as normal in New Game+ mode. I also completed the Warrior of Darkness quest (which is the quest that you get when Role Quests are first unlocked). Not sure if one of these caused the issue to be fixed.
Either way, the issue is resolved, thank you! I also submitted an in-game support ticket using Support Desk> Contact Us> Report a Bug options. You can also close this support ticket (I cannot seem to find it in order to close it myself), as the issue is resolved. Thank you!!
Similar issue. Bought and used One Hero's journey for Dragoon - to lvl80. I am now playing a Reaper through the Shadowbringers MSQ. I have the red quest markers for the tank, healer, and Magical DPS roles - and I can see the quest givers. However, there is no quest marker for the Physical DPS quest, and Lue-Reeq is invisible. I see the spot where he is supposed to be (I see people standing there around where he should be).
Try completing the Warrior of Darkness quest and then check New Game+ to see if Lue-Reeq is there. I finished all 4 role quests now so I can confirm is does work even if you bought One Hero's Journey.Similar issue. Bought and used One Hero's journey for Dragoon - to lvl80.
