Honestly quick simple fixes that could be done on SE developer end and probably something streamers don't like, but honestly, everyone pays to play this game not just streamers.
Not even getting into the ridiculousness of punishing people with an arbitrary time limit (screw your dungeon/trial, you hit 3hrs, time to go in time out), I'm just going to point out your math:

2,000 days is not quite 5 and half years. By your logic, only people who have been playing since about mid 2016 -- Heavensward 3.3 -- should get "priority". I've been playing since September 2014 -- ARR 2.3 -- so I would clear your hurdle, but why do I deserve to play more than my friend who started in Stormblood, someone who is just as dedicated and now just as established and committed as I am? What about the people who chose to or had to unsub for a while at some point? Why do they not deserve to play just as much as someone with the financial security to stay constantly subscribed for, again, five and a half years.

ETA: Another part of the problem with threads like this one is that they're all suggesting things that would amount to long term, permanent changes to the game and/or its code for what is, at its heart, a temporary problem.
