As I do work for an internet provider, the fact that SE has pushed this error to be on the internet provider for it to be given is simply inaccurate. Can it be a cause at times of packet loss or network instability? Sure, but that is not always on the customer's internet side so stop pushing it as to it being a customer-facing issue only. There has to be a point where you take responsibility. We have been told this several times not even just in this release of Endwalker and it turned out to simply just not be the case. I can tell you I'm not losing packets when this occurs, so if there is any instability of network loss it would be on the SE server end which would mean you need to check your routing table as was the cause previously. Unfortunately, 7 days of "free" game-time does not cover early access to something that was paid for in advance so how is that being addressed with customers that paid for early access? When normal access is being given the ability to access the game, those that pre-paid for the game are still not being compensated for that loss only the people who access it on release day are being compensated, so that's still not a good business decision for those who have not even been able to play what they were promised with the early access. I hate to feel like this because I really love this game but you need to work on something for those that did not receive the ability to really play during early access because of these issues where the release should have realistically been delayed more until you could be solid on what you offered but did not accomplish to a lot of players.
