one thing they could do is boot the free trial accounts until the infrastructure is updated. Not prioritize eliminate.

Not just for early access - I'd say do it for 2-4 weeks from Early access start date. Gives all paying customers a chance to complete the MSQ and have a good run on the game before trial accounts are allowed back in. It may also deal with some of the RMT bots that use free trial accounts.

I was reading another suggestion on a forum the other day but it would be very unpopular - a mandatory session kick after 8-12 hours. Though it would stop the afk'ers getting around the auto logout, and allow a greater selection of people in, I could see a lot of complaints from those that are fortunate enough to have that much time to play the game. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a sure-fire way to make everyone happy but disabling free trial for a few weeks would certainly help in my opinion.

The problem is, it is not easy to get proper hardware at the moment. In my company we bought a server and normally it would be ready to ship after a week at the latest. But we had to wait 1,5 months this year. And the server contains nothing special. And we don't know which hardware the FF14 servers need. If it is something unique then it could be impossible to get it.

Sure punnish the most of us that can play for the minority that cant
I mean since the is a queue it means the server are full of player that manage to login
Seeing as queue does advence a a 4elative good speed (depending on server) it mean that more people manage to login when other leave

Lets face it the real problem is the 2002 that sometimeake you looseyour spot in the queu, sometimes not
The wait time in itself is managable atleast to me

That means that most people had 2002 error and lands at the end of the queue, and from your point of view it look like "Oh great, look how many people logs every minute, more and more plays right now, hundreds log in and (I don't know why) hundreds of people stop playing after waiting so many hours in the queue before" No it's not like that.
