    Endwalker Canceled without my consent

    I bought EA Endwalker back in October. I bought the mac code by mistake, put a ticket in to cancel it then bought the PC version.
    I got PC version and the EA code, put in the EA code, have been in EA and playing.
    Today I noticed I never got the Endwalker code, so I went back to look at my orders. It says 'Canceled' on the PC edition.
    I'm still in EA though.
    So of course I checked my bank. I see the order number & price as an outgoing purchase already paid but I don't see any refunds, so if it was canceled (and I absolutely never canceled the pc version) then I wasn't given my money back.

    SE hasn't answered my ticket yet and admittedly I'm growing a bit nervous. Trying not to be impatient, but I bought the game when I had the money to spend and now with the holidays, rebuying it isn't an option right now, so I'm dying to figure out what's going on exactly.

    I posted this in another section originally because I couldn't post here for some reason, but now I can.

    Some other info:
    SE has not responded to any of my tickets except one, which was an automated response about purchase errors that didn't apply to my specific situation. I replied - but haven't heard back since.
    Endwalker also keeps getting automatically put in my SE store cart, without me doing it. Even though I already bought it. Like it says canceled in my order history but I never got a refund and the money shows are paid in my bank.

    The 10th is quickly approaching and I'm starting to panic with the lack of help I've gotten anywhere so if I seem on edge, I'm sorry x.x I know I am. I don't want to end up locked out of my main, who has now progressed in msq.

    Does anyone know what to do other than spend an additional 40 something bucks to buy the game again? I had the money when I pre-ordered but it's Christmas time and stuff is tight now, so this is just really not a good time to have to just throw money at something I shouldn't have to throw money at x.x

    In this kind of situation your best bet would be to actually CALL customer support.

    By chance do you know where I could locate the number? The only one I've found is one for privacy security issues. Wasn't sure if that was the correct option.

    Damn that's hard to track down actually. From what I can find the toll free number you mentioned (1-800-715-2450) is your best bet

    Yeah, being unable to easily contact is what's really driving me insane right now. Been trying to contact them since the 7th.

    I'm going to try live chat soon =( wasjust hoping someone here might have had a similar issue that they could give me advice on

    I understand that.

    Like I said, I've tried to contact store support and I've gotten nothing but automated responses. It's been days.

    I came here hoping someone else was dealing with this and could advise me on what they did. That's all.
