No footstep sound in Gelmorra Ruins

Steps:
1. Make your way to Gelmorra Ruins north of Lasthold in the Black Shroud. (See Coordinates above.)
2. Walk on any of the stone ground in the area. There will be no sound effect of your footsteps.

When walking on any of the stone flooring in the area (The altar included) there is no sound effect for your footsteps. I've tried in varying spots in that area, it's all the same. Walking on the dirt/grass provides footsteps but not the stone floor.
