hmm i got the last part now. as someone was like saying NF did it and i was like noo... it doesnt?

im just saying that SE says they want to make things easier, and that would make it easier. so many players prepull using IR in general without applying storm's eye (or bc you know, the gcd speed thing along with 10s wouldnt be punishment either). there still would be skill involved, such as knowing how early to pre-pop and get another sooner, but that doesnt exist with initial pulls it seems. so one can get ahead using the 30s to advantage, but other than that, it does solve the SKS issue
