Inner Release doesn't work as it should?

because SE doesnt care about warrior and it shows. If the jobs were made "easier", as they love saying EVERY expansion, then IR would work the way you said. it would ONLY "eat" BG skills (this was also a problem with the last riddle of earth stacks on monk: it would eat it with ANY skills, including form shift).

i just went into a 79/80 dungeon. tried to use nascent ON MYSELF and i couldnt. now THAT'S something that isnt working the way it should.

You can just use 3x Fell Cleave/Decimate any time you use IR, we don't need jobs being dumbed down to the point where it's impossible to make mistakes.

Raw Intuition/Bloodwhetting gives you mitigation and healing now, Nascent Flash is specifically for party members.
