Are they supposed to be clairvoyant? See into the future? Last I checked, people aren't clairvoyant.

They don't have to be clairvoyant, they have to have a brain and compare the number under "server capacity" chart and the number under "units of Endwalker sold" chart. If B > A then you need to do something fast or apologize and issue refunds.
