People aren't just going after SE as a company, that is the problem.

Says on your profile you joined in Dec 2021 with 10 post.
Maybe you could do us the favor and stop logging on so others could? No? Must be because you want to play the product you paid for too huh?All I see is a bunch of Karens getting pissy because oh, hey, a queue time. I get it. EU servers should have been upgraded. I feel for EU. But the way you guys are screaming "Waaah, I want a refund and compensation." This is why companies don't give a crap anymore.
This is completely asinine. Has anyone even stopped to consider how the company feels? trying to deliver a fantastic game/product to all these ungrateful children screaming and crying. I get it, WoW died. Sorry, no one foresaw that coming, especially so soon before the Endwalker drop.
You all need to grow up, and realize crap happens. And maybe try to I don't be considerate. But that's asking too much for all the influx of new people coming in. Already guard up, ready to strike with "lawsuits" and ready to bite anyone's head off just for defending a game and a company, people like me and idk 4M other players that have been playing consistently for years since 2013, hell even 2011 when 1.0 dropped.
You guys had your time on WoW, I even played with friends here and there. But trashing another game, making it look like utter garbage just to make a point of you guys wanting a fight for no reason. The customer isn't always right, I learned that working as a chef for years, and even retail.
And to be honest, you guys are even lucky you got compensation at all. Other game companies wouldn't have done that.

People are going to complain because they have legimate reasons to complain. It's mind-boggling how anyone in their right mind can still defend this absolute shitshow that you call a launch. And for the people that say
"wait a week, it will get better"
It has not gotten better. It won't get better this month, or probably next month either.
Now, I understand patience is a virtue, but this is ridiculous. Nothing more aggravating than getting 2002'ed when you've been waiting hours and ending up at the back of the que. I guess at this point, only thing left to do is either 1. Come to the forums and complain or 2. Unsub for an indefinite period of time.
>majority of the complaints are about getting kicked out of the queue due to various errors or being disconnected in game and then having to wait on the queue
>most of the "counterarguments" are centred around chip shortage issues when it's not the queues themselves the majority of people complain about and rather how shoddily coded it is, since fricking 2.0 according to multiple people
but hey, the posts which explain the problem properly and put a finger in the wound on how bad the coding is for the 2002 and co issues, get ignored 99% of the time because you can't just shout "chip shortages" etc at it
lol @ people calling others that want what they paid for karens and other things just because they must defend the game

I believe people would be far less outraged if they weren't also paying a monthly subscription fee for a product some of them cannot even access during their free time. The anger doesn't come from being able to use the product itself, everyone knows they'll get to soon. The anger comes from being charged money for said unusable service.
Another square enix keyboard warrior. This post was made 7 days ago and the problems are worse now then they were then, and i bet this guy is still defending square till the death. lol you can't make this up.
I am starting to think the people amazon is sure to be firing from their team Square Enix picked up and put in charge....
Badly handled game is just BAD. The phrase "inept devs" comes to mind.
Meh, the forum has ALWAYS been a collective of the vocal minority. Since 1.0.
Don't assume the state of the forum reflects the state of the game. OR the collective voice of the playerbase.
Hum. It is getting less and less people defending Square on this. Because, simply said: if a casual gamer with a traditional working life simply is locked out of the game he is paying for, there is nothing anyone can say to make this "ok". It just is not. And it isn't just a few days during early access (and even there, you payed for being able to access the game pretty much unconditional - playing the queue-game never was part of the offer!), we are actually on day 10. When will it get better? No one knows. Only one thing is rather sure: There won't be a real short term solution. And here I repeat: it is as bad as it can get. The worst, a nightmare, call it whatever you want. Utter failure.
On the other hand, I do know that it won't benefit anyone if people are angry here. But since they have every right to be angry, let them be. Generally, you reap what you sow. But weather can be bad. However, no matter the responsibilities, if the outcome is not what you wished for, it still is the outcome you get.
