Constant Disconnects After Logging In - Error 9006

As of 12/3/2021 I am having sever network issues with the game. I'm not speaking to the queue times, more-so my latency, ping, and being disconnected from the game. When I am disconnected I received error 9006.

There has not been any network or hardware changes on my end, and I had no issues prior to 12/3/2021. I am on a wired ethernet connection

PC
NA East
Leviathan server


Here's some things I have tried.

1. Reset router
2. Reset modem
3. Disabled all startup items on PC startup
4. Reinstalled the game
5. Ran several ping/tracert test to my FF server (Leviathan)

I've also ensured the ports below are open appropriately.

The last 4 times it has happened it was when I interacted with something part of the End Walker MSQ. Ex. Clicking on the Main Hall entrance, clicking one of the NPC's to have them follow me, etc.

12/6/2021 Update - still happening, when I finally do get logged in I can't get past the duty in Endwalker MSQ where you play as Thancred. I was booted with 9006 error 3 times after interacting with something.

Same issues except with switching areas/fighting bosses with cutscenes.
