    The difference between a valid complaint and being a Karen

    If your big complaint is 2002 errors and getting kicked out of queue, okay, fine, that's something they can fix. That's something they probably should have fixed, but didn't. Now they are, and they're giving you 7 days free game time as compensation. This is a bad situation, and they arguably shouldn't have let it happen in the first place, but it did, and they're trying to make it better.

    If your complaint is lack of servers during a global pandemic that has entire supply lines ground to a standstill, please just shut up. There is absolutely no way short of a crystal ball that they could have predicted half of WoW jumping ship over here in time to prepare for it. They predicted the same level of growth they had prior to Shadowbringers, and this blew the doors off of it. The last time they could have ordered servers without a giant delay was early 2020. This happened in early to mid 2021. No amount of money can buy something that your supplier can't produce.

    In short, there are valid complaints, and if you're making one, I can only hope that the 7 days sub time is enough compensation to keep you playing. If you're making a complaint about something that cannot be helped due to a global emergency, please sit down and be quiet so the adults can have a conversation.

    Well they already explained the 2002 error a few times and I assuming the fix you are mentioning when you get booted out of line and should have a grace period for you to log back in?

    PredatoryCatgirl stop using covid as an excuse for their incompetence. they where in the office for a better part of an year. they are just being lazy.they haven't even implemented like they did previous expansions the thing where they kicked all players offline at a certain time. they have done nothing to pervent this from being as bad as it is.and on the point of wow jumping ship thing u clearly didn't see in the lodestone or any articles where yoshi p says he was suprised about the increase of players WAY before the expansion release. i don't think yoshi p would be that stupid and not try to get servers or implement something to make the expected increase of traffic be not as bad as it has been. all i have seen from yoshi p is hollow apologies. as i have been getting to the front of the queue all errors you can possilby imagine and not even being put back to where i was is not acceptable. i paid like many others for "EARLY ACCESS" and for me as a customer and long term player (ever since the beta) to not even be put in the position of the queue i was in is completly unexcetable. i don't mind waiting 5 hours fine,but for me to not even be put into where i was in the queue is a complete an utter joke and the WORST part it's going to get a lot lot worse when it's "fully realeased".

    I have a valid complaint, I can't even join a queue since I am now getting 3001 errors and being logged out whenever I try to join. Waiting is fine I can do that, I can't sit here for hours on end attempting to join a queue.

    Please educate yourself. It's clear you have no idea what you're talking about and are just throwing a tantrum.

    They already said many times log in ques are going to be bad lol and also you didnt pay for "eArLy AcCEsS" early access was a bonus for preordering..... the main perk of preordering was the earing and companion thing

    And we technically did have the eArLy AcCEsS feature. They delivered it. We are able to access the game early just by logging in, with the Endwalker login screen at start menue.

    Let's hope those servers are already bought then and we're just waiting for em to ship the things.i mean, surely they're trying their best and don't shy away from the cost, right?!

    The company loves us, not just our money isn't that right?!

    MMO companies never create serverspace for the peak but only for the average or well a tiny bit above the average. Since why should you get hardware ready, which costs money, for situations that will last a month at max.

    It's like a public transportation company buying hundreds of new buses only cause there want to drive 10k people on one specific day instead of 1k. After that day these new vehicles would be just dead weight. It's a business tactic all MMORPGs use and why they all have rocky launches no matter if there is a pandemic going on or the end of the world or whatever is going on with semi conductors. Cause you have to please shareholders etc. with low upkeep costs and having double the serverspace costs a lot of money. Which makes the company very unhappy.

    So at the end, this is the truth behind this all no matter if pandemic etc. ofc it plays a role, they would increase the capacity as less as they have to which would be a bit right now cause of all the new players and the semi conductor shortage plays into that too, no reason in denying that. But people who think that everything would be fine if there wasn't covid and the shortage of semi conductors are just delusional and forgot that this business practice is going on in the entire gaming industry since the dawn of time.

    Shadowbringers had fairly large queues, Stormblood was a mess, Heavensward had also troubles and 2.0 was also...yeah. On the other hand the same you can observe in all other MMOs, Covid and Conductor shortages have nothing to do with that.
