They say they're giving us 7 days, but still haven't. When I actually see my sub count go up 7 days then I'll be more patient. Can't wait for the news update that says that due to the chip shortage the system was unable to give the 7 days to some players.

If you check the post linked by the player you quoted, you'll read that the 7 free days will be granted with the official release of Endwalker, on the 7th of December.

This is the third 5000 person queue I've sat in today. Not because I logged out between them, mind you. Because I hit first place, 2002 error, back of the line. Hit first again, 90ked while it logged in, back to 5000th place you go.

This queue resetting is bullshit.

I think Yoshi P needs to invest in server infrastructure before next patch, they can ease on the glamour in the store, funny thing is there is no internet problems when they are charging for mounts and fantasia.
