That's a bit of quirkiness with what happens when you disconnect in an instance and don't immediately log back in. You character will stay "logged in" from the perspective of the FC members until you are able to log in next, or the server is restarted for a maintenance.

As best I can tell, it's the game's way of holding on to the instance for when you get back to see if you should rejoin your party or not when you do get logged back in. Obviously that run ended long ago and you'll resume as normal when logging in, but the 2002 error your facing is just lobby queue issues as normal, not due to having been booted while in a dungeon.

The next time you log in should clear it up.
