Eternity Ring and Name Change

Every post I've seen says the name on your spouses eternity ring changes when you get a name change. The problem is my spouses ring has my old name on it still. We've tried ringing to one another and that still works, just sad that my new name isn't on it. Anything I can do?

Has your spouse logged out and back in since you changed your name? Sometimes these things don't update right away. I've done name changes and had people still have the old name in the party list or friends list because they were online while I made the change.

Yep, they and I have both logged out multiple times since the change. I'm wondering if maybe it's being caused by all the server congestion right now. We'll wait and see I guess
