Ahhh, the forums. My entertainment while waiting in this queue. Oh look, I'm down to 3,150 in the queue.

This has happened at literally every expansion, it even happened in 1.0 back in the day. Chill out everyone, use some of that patience, you'll get to play the game, don't worry.

While I've been keeping my over all opinion on everything to myself. I have memed abit but I say this as someone who's been unable to play the entire weekend but a few hours on friday. This sucks. The 2002 error to be clear. THAT shit can go to hell. But I'm just waiting in que... not anything I can do about it you know. I WILL remember this when everyone is praising the hell outta EW like the greatest thing since Shadows and HW. But like HW this will forever be a negative like HW will forever be remembered for nearly killing raiding for this game. Never forget.

Don't miss understand. I'm not saying everything's shit. The bit I did get to play on friday was awesome and I wasn't memeing when I mentioned people WILL praise this as higher than shadowbringers. This I know and can see even with the bit I've played... hint it wasn't much. Hell Reapo is a BLAST and I MISS IT. But I'm just saying I'll never forget 2002. I just want to make myself clear. That's the kind of response I like to see. I won't lie, I'm bitter about the 2002 as well, have been for years, but I think I've kind of learned to live with it after so much time playing.

So, the reality is what it is. They can't get new servers. You can choose to believe they're liars and just don't want to spend money. Having insufficient servers has the potential to cost them money in the long run though, so, I'm not sure why they'd willingly do so. There's long queues, and a disconnect issue while in the queue. Maybe there is a fix that can be figured out for that last one.

They told us well ahead of time this was likely going to be the case. They gave 7 days of free game time because many people are unable to get in and play, with a promise to reassess and potentially provide more if the situation doesn't improve. It sucks, but so long as they are giving free time I don't know what else you want. I've been sitting here for an hour waiting in queue and if it proceeds at the same pace, I've got another hour to go. It's not fun, but it is what it is. If you can't deal with the queue, wait till the end of the 7 days and try again - you're not getting charged for those days anyway.

Yep. Tried since noon in 8k and 7k queues, only to be DCed in every one 1-2 hrs in. People can say it is complaining, but seriously, just really not acceptable. I have a right to be a little miffed. Not going to rage quit but come on...
