First off, he is paying for a service and that does make him entitled to the service. You are not using the entitled meme correctly.

Secondly, you do not even get his point of view. He is complaining about the lack of measures, not the long queue waits. If you DC and attempt to log right away you should get priority in the queue. If you get an error while in the queue you should be able to hold your queue number for a few minutes. There's no excuse to have to start over and wait another 4-5 hours to log in.

If you have no standards for the services that you are paying that is on you, my friend. I think that you should have higher standards, but you do you.
And on any other day when you get DC'd and there is a queue you get put in the queue, nothing has changed. You are expecting special treatment because it's early access.
