Waited 3 hours to get in....then a dc

Waited 3 hours to get in, played for 45min then a dc (server side) and now a 4,700 queue. This is a poor customer experience.

Welcome to the club of 70 thousand other people. There is a bug/race condition that boots you out of the queue. They'll blame it on your poor network connection though.

Same thing happened to me today when I tried to get on one of my alts to check how it was like on the least congested NA DC (Crystal).

Queue was 4k ish, went down surprisingly well (only got 2002 error twice) until I went down to 100ish place on the queue

Then it suddenly got me to one and kept me there for a while until it gave me a 4004 error. I expected it knowing I went through something similar yesterday but on Primal. It was very heartbreaking.

I was in que for over 2 hours, then got the dreaded 2002 error I was 4325 in the que, when it started, was down to 1643 when it gave me the 2002 error and kicked me out. Previously it had been putting me back to about where I was when I got the 2002, but this time it didn't do that, and put me all the way back to 3985 >.< Almost to the point that I started at over 2 hours ago So by the time this que lets me in to play, I will have been waiting in line for about 5 to 6 hours just to play a game that I pay a subscription for every month. I'm sorry but that is unacceptable I understand having a que at times, but ques that are this long, and this buggy that they keep kicking you out to start over again, is ridiculous and needs to be fixed fast. Not only do most people not have the time to wait that long to play a game for a bit, but it also takes all the fun and enjoyment out of the game. Please fix the ques so they aren't as long and also so that they don't keep making the 2002 error and kick you out. Thank you
