    Strange skill lag

Not sure if this is just me or if anyone else is having this problem, but some of my abilities are behaving very strangely in regards to cooldowns or casting. Cast-time spells of the 1.5 cast time type will interrupt themselves if cast more than twice in a row unless I wait a couple seconds before casting it again, instant-cast GCD spells will make me wait the GCD a second time every third cast in a row, the 2.5 second cast-time heals work fine though, and cooldown-based spells like Draw, Divination, the new Lord / Lady draw, Earthly Star, Celestial Opposition, etc, will often, instead of firing off, add 10+ seconds to the cooldown, basically only OGCD abilities do it. Unsure if it's astro specific or not either, haven't tested other classes much yet.

For example, I try to draw a card, suddenly instead of drawing it gets put on a 10 second cooldown on a 30 second ability. It happens most often if it's just finished cooling down, or if you try to hit it within 3-4 seconds after, but I've had a few times where I was in a trust and it wouldn't fire Divination 2-3 times in a row in the middle of a boss fight, giving me a nearly 30 second cooldown each time before I was finally able to fire it off on the third attempt. Normal spell casting with a cast time generally works fine other than the "interrupts itself / extra GCD every few tries" thing.

Is anyone else having this kind of problem where it might just be the overloaded servers having a really hard time dealing with abilities? I can dodge attacks and do mechanics just fine with no noticeable delay of any kind, it's only my abilities that are causing problems.

I've also noticed that Sage's addersgall meter fills up but takes several seconds to give a charge...and that for some reason my "local time" setting is almost an hour and a half later than my actual local time.
