    Honestly, they should have just disabled Free Accounts. They pay for nothing and are in the way of actual paying players who want the new content.

    HA...yeah. Yeah you not wrong. I had no idea it was technically supposed to save your place in line, I've never once seen that work. The fact there's no response at all from SE is like...making this doubly infuriating. I guess yelling into the void here and on twitter is all that can be done (honestly, 7 days of free time just doesn't feel like a good answer to this). It feels pretty bad that like...sure, we all knew to expect congestion, but the systems for logging in should work appropriately. They had loads of time to stress test and be sure things function appropriately. Hell, even just ensuring we don't lose our place in queue! Why doesn't that, alone, work??

    From what I've seen on forums here, seems paying customers have priority? I hope that's true.

    I'm sure paying customers do have login priority, but they're not preventing free trials from hammering the servers with traffic/requests at all, so they're still getting in the way and causing tons of congestion. I almost agree at least for Early Access weekend Trial accounts should have been disabled entirely.
