This character is still logged in! Disconnection woes

If the character is already logged in we shouldn't be moved to the back of the queue again.
Forcing the character to log out and relog puts more strain onto the login lobby.
If the character is already logged in as the prompt says... then just let us resume the character?
Less server strain than moving the character through the login lobby server again.
