The lvl 80 tomestone Scythe at 530 ilvl is better than all other scythes until lvl 90. The lvl 88 scythe with 545 ilvl still has lower stats and damage.

You're looking at the non-hq version of the crafted scythe. NQ versions of gear are vastly lower in stats.
The HQ version is 108 phys damage versus the cryptlukrker 530ilvl being 105 phys damage
