World Transfer Login unavaiable (Light Datacenter)

Because of the Lucky Bancho Survey (https://luckybancho.ldblog.jp/wsurve...m?world=Global) we have good data regarding the number of characters per region.
JP: 326.817 which means roughly 10.213 per server
NA: 443.466 which means roughly 18.478 per server
EU: 181.024 which means roughly 15.085 per server

Going from the data NA should be even more effected but they aren't.
It also shows that currently JP has the best service since they have the least chatacters per servers.

Monday I could travel back to my home world Odin after 3 days stucking in Twintania.

On Monday evening queues to Odin were still full and stucking and talked to people in queue and one guy claimed that he was waiting since 740 min there. Whenever he told the truth or not (?) I could clearly see the queue was not advancing at all.

So I decided to try different targets from Twintania. The longest queue had Odin and Phoenix.
The other world queues where not too long and for Zodiark there was no queue and the transfer was happening imminently.

So I then I decided to do a roundtrip to the worlds I could travel to:
From Zodiark I checked Odin and Phoenix again and the queues were stucking but I could travel to Shiva imminently.
From Shiva I checked Odin and Phoenix again and the queues were stucking but I could travel to Lich imminently.
From Lich I checked Odin and Phoenix again and the queues were stucking but I could travel back to Twintania imminently.

When arriving in Twintania I checked again queue to Odin and I could see that the queue was going down really fast all of the sudden
and so I wait maybe a minute the when queue was going down from 20 to 1 and then I transfer back to Odin.

So probably I was just coincidentally checking the queues around the same time when they solve the problem on the server.
